Current Debian 11.7 image now available

Thanks to Joan Touzet pull request I now have current OS image available. Discussion of the differences here. I also made some changes to my old image to match how software is installed and run on new image. I tweaked the pull request a little and tested and it seems to work fine. The 4.00 code will work fine with the old image also so you can still update the software on board without changing the OS image. The 4.00 software doesn't have any advantage now if your aren't updating the OS image.

If you try the Debian 11 image let me know if you have issues with the increase in boot time or other issue. Also if you have ideas of changes to make it easier to use. I plan to see if I can reduce boot time but not sure when I'll get to it.

SSH wasn't working on the 11.7 image. I have released updated images to fix.
