Location: Plano, TX

Length: 7 Months

 

Job Title: Software Application Developer/Analyst IV 

 Under direct supervision, assists in the analysis, design, programming, and modification of computer programs for software products and/or customer applications.

Writes code and completes programming, testing, and debugging of applications. Finalizes forms, procedures, and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs.

May interface with marketing and users to add new or custom features to company products.

Typically requires a technical degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 6 - 8 years of experience.

 

 Job Description:

Senior software developer responsible for developing new functionality, enhancements to an existing suite of applications running on a mobile device.

 

Sr. Analyst should be able to architect, design, and implement complex systems as part of the project. They will also support development thru test phases.

Sr. Analyst will be required to propose solutions following team standards and to be able to implement designs with a minimum of assistance and over-sight.

Sr. Analyst may be responsible for root-cause analysis of issues and related code development to resolve said issues.

Sr. Analyst will be very knowledgeable of C# / .Net, Object-oriented programming and be conversant in standard OO design patterns. They will be able to analyze OO design documents, recognize problems, and propose alternatives.

Sr. Analyst will be expected to work cross-team to identify solutions and is expected to be self-sufficient and come up to speed quickly. 

 

Skill Sets:

 Required: .NET, C#, OO, OO Design, SQL,

 Desired: Compact Framework, Sybase SQL

 

Required Qualifications:

minimum 6 years experience, mobile development, C#, .Net, OO

 

Candidates will be expected to take an on-site written exam to assess skill level. If successful with the written exam, a follow-up interview will be scheduled for a face-to-face.
