Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in Windows/macOS administration and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with MECM, Intune, Jamf, Autopilot, DEP, GPOs, CSPs.
• Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, AppleScript, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Office 365).
• Experience working with MSPs and in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Windows/macOS administration, Agile, or related fields preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Windows and macOS lifecycle management, including beta testing, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Use automation tools (Autopilot, Jamf DEP, Intune, MECM) to streamline OS provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security standards, identifying and remediating gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (virtualization, OT, security) to align with compliance and usability requirements.
• Provide technical oversight to MSPs, ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and KPIs for endpoint systems.
• Support automation initiatives using PowerShell, AppleScript, Python, GraphAPI, and SQL.
