SAP Test Lead 

Minneapolis, MN

6 Months Contract

 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee and manage testing activities across multiple integrated test cycles (ITC) and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases within a manufacturing environment. This role will ensure testing quality, timely execution, and collaboration across global business and technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP ITC and UAT cycles across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and manage comprehensive test cases, scripts, and execution plans in alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain a roster of testers, ensuring system access, readiness, and completion of necessary training before testing phases.
• Track testing progress, identify and document defects, manage resolutions, and provide detailed status updates to project leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business process owners, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless testing alignment and delivery.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules, with a strong understanding of business process testing.
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute large-scale test cycles in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with organizational change management in SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with qTest and JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
• Prior experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments is advantageous.
