Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve the tracking of Load Factor metrics such as CVU% (Cube Utilization), WU% (Weight Utilization), and LFM% (Load Factor Max) across all transportation modes and regions.
Maintain and expand the Load Factor performance tool to new regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) and process (e.g. Ocean FCL and Ground FTL Vendors), delivering insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for use in global scorecards, dashboards, and operational routines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Load Factor strategies with business goals such as cost efficiency, improved network and sustainability focus.
Support the documentation of calculation logic, data assumptions, and business rules used in Load Factor monitoring.
Partner with global regions to scale and harmonize the use of the Load Factor tool and methodology.
Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of Load Factor data from multiple systems and sources (ERP, TMS, WMS, etc.).
Contribute to broader initiatives such as the Top Lanes Tracker, Scorecards, and Savings Tracker, integrating Load Factor as a core enabler.

Working with large volumes of operational transportation data while ensuring clarity and reliability in performance insights.
Ensuring uniformity in metric definitions and calculation logic across global processes with diverse local requirements.
Continuously evolving the Load Factor decision-support tool, balancing operational simplicity with strategic depth.
Engaging stakeholders from different regions, cultures, and organizational levels to promote adoption and maximize impact.
Responding quickly to changing business demands by improving methodologies and enhancing tool functionalities.

Skills:
• Proven experience logistics/supply chain performance management tools and systems, such as WMS, TMS, and ERP platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools to lead reporting and insights generation.
• Ability to manipulate and transform data using SQL, DAX, or similar languages.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of statistical or predictive models is a plus.
• Investigative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect data to practical actions.
• Strong ability to operate in global and cross-functional environments, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in top-tier consulting or strategy firms is considered a strong advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles.
