Job Title: Analyst, Identity & Access Management (IT)

Location: Denver, CO / Remote

Duration 6+ months

Rate: $48/hr on C2C

 

Duties:

The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization remains compliant while managing product and service access needs, supporting the design, architecture, and implementation of tool management and automation solutions as part of our overall Identity and Access Management program. The position will be accountable for analyzing current role rules and documenting them, getting descriptions for roles for certification reviews, work with the different IAM teams to identify what could have a role rules that could be created

The IAM Analyst will regularly interface with the business and relevant IT teams to understand requirements and put in place the necessary procedures, activities and reporting to successfully meet all those requirements and provide outstanding customer service.

Evaluate the business and project needs for access to applications and systems, design and implement plan that complies with IAM standards.

Improving process efficiency, and updating and maintaining process documentation, including workload metrics and operational deliverables.

Work on special projects and IAM initiatives

 

Skills:

Ability to grasp complex clinical and business requirements and processes and document them effectively.                            Required

Strong analytical thinker with the ability to conceptualize a system in terms of both data/object model and application flows.       Required

Demonstrated commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to teammate needs.  Handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.  Required

Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals.    Required

Understanding of Access Control methodologies (RBAC and Attribute Control).  Understanding of the design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of application access through use of workflow automation and common directory services (AD, LDAP)                      Required

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills               Required

Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using iterative methodologies.  Experienced with ITIL Processes, Identity and Access Management processes and tools, Healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and System compliance audits (SOX).  HealthCare IT experience a plus.      Preferred

 

Education:

2-4 years experience in Analysis of data and documentation

Associates degree at minimum.
