My name is Cheryl and I am the Lead Recruiter at the Carvana Reconditioning/Inspection Center.  I understand that you are the Point of Contact for BANG – Broadway Area Neighbors Group and I wanted to pass along some information about the great career opportunities we have available here at Carvana.  Thinking that it may be beneficial to folks in the area you represent who may be in the market for a new and/or better opportunity. 

If you know people who are looking for an opportunity to start or expand their career in the automobile repair &/or reconditioning field, with great pay and benefits, then this is an opportunity they do not want to miss!  We have immediate openings on 1^st and 2^nd shift, for all levels of auto technicians, auto body specialists, lot attendants and auto detailers. The pay rate for our entry-level positions (lot attendants and auto detailers) is $16 per hour. Entry-level auto body workers and automotive technicians/mechanics start at $17 per hour and the pay for mid to high-level auto body workers and automotive technicians/mechanics is based on their level of skill and experience.  We provide a $1 per hour premium for all 2^nd shift associates and a generous sign-on bonus applies to designated positions.

All of our positions are full-time and direct hire, with full medical (employee premium paid by Carvana), dental and vision benefits, a generous plan for paid time off (including your birthday) and many other benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.
