`mfa adapt` does not do GMM or triphone training, same output as `mfa align`

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue where `mfa align` and  `mfa adapt` produce the same output. 

I expected that `mfa adapt` would fine tune the pre-trained acoustic model, but the output  alignments and logs are exactly the same as when running `mfa align`. 

It doesn't run the GMM training step.

What is the mfa adapt workflow?
