Hi,

Is there a way to skip this warning message while running mfa_align?

There were words not found in the dictionary. Would you like to abort to fix them? (Y/N)

I tried by adding the --ignore_exceptions flag while running but no change.

Yes, you can use the -q flag (http://montreal-forced-aligner.readthedocs.io/en/latest/aligning.html#cmdoption-q) to make it not ask for confirmation and just align.

Thanks! Sounds great but actually doesn't work with the v1.0.0 binary release. This is what I get when I add -q at the end of the command:

Sending Textgrids to Montreal Forced Aligner
usage: mfa_align [-h] [-s SPEAKER_CHARACTERS] [-t TEMP_DIRECTORY]
                 [-j NUM_JOBS] [-v] [-n] [-c] [-d] [-e] [-i]
                 corpus_directory dictionary_path acoustic_model_path
                 output_directory
mfa_align: error: unrecognized arguments: -q

I have problems with building from the source code so I am sticking with the binary release.

Any plans including it soon? It would save a lot of time for many people I think :)

I couldn't get it to work in 0.87 version, either.

I know this question is a bit old, but if you use the unix 'yes' command you can get it automatically respond 'no' to any prompt, for example,
yes no | bin/mfa_align corpus_directory dictionary_path acoustic_model_path output_directory

You can do the following to avoid issue.

echo NO |
bin/mfa_align corpus_directory dictionary_path acoustic_model_path output_directory
