v2 dictionary edits from oovs_found

I used to do straightforward dictionary edits with v1, just by adding the transcriptions of the words in oovs_found to the bottom of the saved dictionary. I've manually downloaded the new English (UK and others - not US - I love that it's now non-rhotic) but it includes trained pronunciation and silence probabilities. Is there a way to add unknown words to this dictionary without the probability values, it doesn't work with just adding the transcription because the format of the line is different.

(I'm on Windows so can't G2P)
