Thesis Retreat Update: Next Weekend

Hello team,

Following our previous email conversation I am writing with news that my friends place in the woods of upstate New York is available next weekend i.e. Thanksgiving. Because we have an extra long break (and i'm sure some of you have thanksgiving plans) we have a couple of options. Please could you please put an X in this handy email questionnaire below and reply just to me, ideally by the end of today. Thanks!

[ ] I can come Weds 21–Fri 23 Nov.

[ ] I can come Fri 23–Sun 25 Nov.

[ ] I am available for both options but would prefer ________________.

[ ] I can't/don't want to come for either.

If you need convincing I have photos that I can show you of the place, but i'd prefer to not spoil the surprise. It's a very nice spot.
