Note :- Please be on time. (4.00 pm.) Let me know how many volunteers & their names from your side by friday.

   2)    List from all member for Ganesha pooja

   3)  Finalizing This year Programs for two days (As international singer's vesa....)

   4)    If time permits other matters.

   5)   End with Prayer at 6-00 pm.

3. Conducting Colouring, Free hand sketch,Making ganesha & Rangoli                             Mr. Sundresh, Mr. Vidya Shankar, Nagi & Mr Mohan & Hemanth

 

4. All Cultural Programe– Mr. Nagaraj , Mr. Mohithe & Mr. Mahesh

 

5. Food Co-ordination– Mr. Rajaram, Mr. Ravi Krishnappa, & Mr.Sharma

 

5A:-  Mr. Sharma  -: Waste bin , Pooja Plates , fruits distribution

         at front  Door only .

 

6. Decoration – Mr. Ravi Keshvalu, Mr. Ravi Krishnappa ,Mr. Giri & Mr.

(Inside and Outside), Mr. Rajaram, Mr Murthy

 

7. Door Collections, Water ,first aid  – Dr Bhuvana,Mr. Radha Krishna Sugumaran, 

    Mr.Mohithe, Mr Karthik

 

8 Ravi Keshvalu & Mr Murthy:- Car park , Q system,

 

9  Stage, light  & Food plates – Mr. Nagaraj,  Mr.Mahesh, Mr. Rajaram

 

10 Raffle & PO Box – Mr. Mahesh
