“National Conference on Contemporary Issues in India’s Foreign Trade ”
Vivekanand College, Kolhapur (Maharashtra) is organizing UGC sponsored Two Day
National Conference on “Contemporary Issues in India‟s Foreign Trade” scheduled on
10th & 11th January 2014 in association with Shiroli Manufacturers Association (SMAK), Kolhapur. The conference intends to provide an opportunity to the Industrialists, Businessmen, and Traders in foreign trade, Academicians, and students working in the area of foreign trade to interact and discuss the contemporary issues thereof. The thrust areas of the conference shall be:
1)Composition and direction of India‟s foreign trade.
2)Structural changes in Indian foreign trade.
3)FTA‟s and India.
4)India, WTO and Trade Issues.
5)India‟s Foreign Trade Policies and Issues.
6)Revisiting the trade barriers.
7)Foreign trade, FDI and International Migration.
8)Contribution of Banks and Financial Institutions in India‟s Foreign Trade since
independence.
9)The issues regarding general management of foreign trade.
10)The issues regarding other functional areas of management.
The research scholars, academicians, practitioners and students are expected to participate and read the papers on thrust area in the conference. Call for Papers: The research scholars, academicians, practitioners and students are invited to send their papers on the above thrust areas in English language. The paper should not exceed 3000 words with an abstract in two hard copies and in a CD form in times new roman, font size 12 on A4 size paper. Papers should be submitted before 5th January 2014. The papers will be published as proceedings of national conference in the form of souvenir with ISBN no.
Registration Fees: Academicians and industrialist : Rs. 1000/-
Students: Rs.800/-
Spot Registration: Rs. 1500/-
