Planning Board Meeting on Meyersville

Just a reminder - Tuesday April 28, 8:00 at Town Hall is the discussion of the Meyersville Element to the Master Plan.  I am attaching two documents you should review one is a recommendation by Dennis Sandow to the Planning Board.  This document recommends the extension of the B-1 -20 zone in Meyersville and changing some lots that are currently classified in the C (Conservation) zone.  PLEASE TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THIS - IS IT WHAT WE WANT TO HAPPEN TO MEYERSVILLE??  If you are not in favor of the recommendation please let the board know your thoughts on the subject.

 

The second is a copy of the recommendations from the Town Planner - it is a draft in which the Kevin O'Brian, the Planner, has articulated some of the recommendations received from the Board and the public.  Once again please review, and provide your comments to the board tomorrow evening.

 

This may be your last chance to have a voice in the future of Meyersville.
