Green Hill Development (remember them from 2 years ago) is now proposing 228 units-208 town houses behind Valley Memorial Funeral Home and International Military Antiques with 2 entrances on Valley Road and 20 residential flats across from Town Hall at the corner of Morristown Road and Valley Road with an entrance on Morristown Road  and another entrance on Valley Road - THEY ARE BACK!!!!

A PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Adjustment for a Use Variance to build 228 units on Valley Road is scheduled for June 18th 2013-AGAIN! ! !!(Last time it was the Planning Board Meeting)

Come to the meeting AGAIN at 8:00pm, Tuesday-June 18th

Board of Adjustment Meeting at Town Hall, 915 Valley Road in Gillette.

Come voice  your concerns on the impact on FLOODING, Major increase in TRAFFIC, SEWERS, POLICE, MORE TRAFFIC LIGHTS, etc.

WE DO NOT NEED ANYMORE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON VALLEY ROAD!!!!!!!!!!
