I don't know how many of you have big mother's day plans, but you and
your mom should come to Denton for an awesome benefit show that will
give you that feel good feeling. For the first time, The Wishlist will
be playing in Denton! They are playing first, so get there on time!
Sooo, details thus far are:
WHAT: Benefit show for Friends of the Family, a safe shelter in Denton
promoting non-violent relationships.
WHEN: Sunday, May 14th, doors open @ 7, show starts 7:30.
WHERE: Hailey's 122 Mulberry, Denton.
WHO: The Wishlist, Kevin goes 2 College, & Man Factory.
COST: $6
Also, copies of the EP will be ready to hand out during the summer
shows that have been planned, so don't miss those, either!
In other news, Jon left the band to focus on his family. We asked him
to play a farewell show, but his mother's day plans apparently will
last the entire day and evening. In his absence, The Wishlist will be
playing different arrangements of the songs, and the set will still be
awesome.
So, pleeease come on out after you eat lunch with your mama, and give
up $6 for a good cause and see an awesome show. There's no better way
to end the semester. Bring the fam. It'll be great.
