On behalf of the San Felipe B C Lions Club, California Optical, The Flying Samaritans of Modesto California and the community of San Felipe we would like to thank The Rotary Club of San Felipe for their generous donation of a very large quantity of used eye glasses. The glasses were packaged, sanitized, graded and labeled before being presented to the Lions Club. They are ready to be dispensed to those in our little fishing village in need and unable to afford quality vision care, optical exams and eye glasses on their own. The free clinics are scheduled throughout the year in a joint effort of the San Felipe B C Lions Club, California Optical and The Flying Samaritans of Modesto California.
