Hi,
Here is a brief story about a short trip in the Baja. Sorry I didn’t have any pictures, I wasn’t prepared for the event. I just love the Mexican people. Please feel free to edit for better reading.

It was the summer of 2005. July that year was very hot and humid. We decided to go to the coast to find better weather. We went to Ensenada for the weekend and found 76 degree weather: what a welcomed change from 118 and 85% humidity. It began raining heavily on our way back to San Felipe. Between Ensenada and San Felipe there is a huge wash. Which, of course, was flooded. The traffic was backed up for a mile or so on both sides of the river waiting for the water to subside. All of the people were getting out of their cars to “discuss” the situation. We asked, “How long it would take for the water to subside?” They responded, “Oh 2-3 hours. Long enough to have a meal.” So, people got out their BBQ's, coolers, beer and boom boxes. All goodies were shared with everyone. We had a great party right by the side of the river. No one knew anyone at first, but in the end we were all family...great fun.
To Your Success!
