Here is the trinket ranking list that Tangedyn posted:

1.Vial of Shadows (E410), Wrath of Unchaining (E416)
2. Vial of Shadows (E397)

5. Wrath of Unchaining (E390), Starcatcher Compass (E410)
6. Starcatcher Compass (E397)
7. Kiroptyric Sigil, Matrix Restabilizer (E397)
8. Matrix Restabilizer (E384), Starcatcher Compass (E384), Ancient
Petrified Seed, The Hungerer (E391)

When I test with the most current Mew (1016 which includes my script
changes), Kiroptyric Sigil is coming out well ahead of the 410 Vial of
Shadows (this is using the 410 Mihir profile). Also, on IRC, the other
day either you or Tang commented that Vial of Shadows was overpowered.

What is the cause of this discrepancy?

Did you adjust passive stats when you changed the procs around?
