Can you please synchronize this trinket with the usage of Tiger's Fury/
Berserk? With a 1 minute cooldown everyone would macro the trinket to
those skills anyway, and makes no sense using it in other moment.
I don't think this trinket will be better than The Hungerer, but will
get closer with the sync, specially with 4T12.

That would involve rewriting the proc code. While that is part of my
long term plans, it's not something that will happen in the near
future.
