Now introducing Mew-20111129

Changes since last public release:
* Model has been updated to the current best know implementation of
4.3 Live mechanics.
* Target level, armor, resilience are customizable.
* "Boss Cannot Parry" to see how much of a gain (or loss) Ultraixion is.
* The UI should no longer drive you crazy when you try to copy/paste
or blank out entries.
* (Cat Simulator) Now supports Claw, Maim and Pounce as actions.
* (Cat Simulator) "Boss Is A Player" disables dodges from behind,
enables stun vulnerability.
* (Cat Simulator) "Glyph of Bloodletting (Alt)" may be a better
approximation for the Glyph formerly know as Shred's behavior.
* (Protection Warrior) The "Stun Immune" check box will toggle the
mob's stun vulnerability.
* (Protection Warrior) The script is a lot smarter about the
Thuderstruck talent now.
* (Bear and Protection Warrior models) "Vengeance Decay" is a bug
that's trivially observable on 4.3 Live.
* Numerous minor bug fixes.

Major assumptions made:
* Kiril, Fury of the Beasts ICD is currently set to 50 sec per a MMO
Champion post. It may be 60 sec, but neither person showed logs.
* Arrow of Time ICD is currently set to 50 sec per a Wowhead comment.
* Souldrinker's proc is currently modeled to benefit from Field
Dressing, benefit from CoE, not proc off Shockwave/Thunderclap, and
incapable of criting.
* Vial of Shadows scales 1 ap : 1 damage with a 25 sec ICD. It is
massively overpowered and will probably be nerfed for PvP reasons.
The ICD is a bit of a guess, but it's something <= 28 sec per PTR
testing.

If any of these are untrue, let me know and I'll fix it as long as
long as you show conclusive evidence (preferably logs). I'll be
somewhat annoyed if people don't tell me, and bitch that the model is
inaccurate since I have 0 ways of testing this sort of thing for
myself. The project has a bug tracker for a reason, use it.

Notes:
The Protection Warrior script is somewhat dumb and rage starves itself
by not changing it's priorities when a mob is stunned. This is only
really applicable to 5 man content, and I care even less about
optimizing those situations than I do about optimizing a video game I
don't play.

The Vengeance Decay bug is that the 5% decay (regardless of if you
were attacked or not) is totally missing. This leads to Vengeance
capping as long as the mob has a debuffed swing timer < 2.0 sec (Test
case used was a warrior getting Vengeance capped when being attacked
by a naked Druid in cat form hitting for ~80 at most). It's stupid,
but threat doesn't matter and it's a free buff to bear survivability
so I guess people shouldn't complain (unless they expect the
developers to write clear patch notes, or respond at all during the
test cycle).

Mihir's ilevel 410 profile is using the wrong trinket (it's out of date).

The alternative implementation of the Glyph Formerly Know as Shred is
insufficient for making it worth using in situations where GoTF or
GoMangle would be better. I'm not certain if this is correct either
since the last time anyone showed logs, there were 22 sec Rips present
and no one has posted logs since. Again, if you have conclusive proof
of the Glyph's behavior, the project has a bug tracker, use it.

As of the time of the writing, Mew's closed form Bear model disagrees
with Tangedyn's when 2T13 is enabled. Mew should be correct.
