Update/sync all folders on IMAP account

Hello all,
I'm a happy user of Mew for many years, now. I have a few IMAP accounts for different purposes, and I access them using various computers, on some of which I use Mew.
The main problem currently is, that I would like to figure out how to sync/update all folders of my remote IMAP accounts, something like a recursive 's u' command running through all folders, either in one Case or all defined Cases.
The reason for this is, that the various virtual folder operations in Mew need to have an index of the mails available, and especially the multifolder tools, like Dialog, are not really useful unless there is a full local copy of the account.
Has anyone any suggestions how to achieve this with having to manually go through and update the over one hundred folders on my Work account?
