Is there any way to configure Mew on Windows to use a master password?

I can configure Emacs to use gpg4win with (setq epg-gpg-prog "c:/Program Files (x86)/GNU/GnuPg/gpg2.exe")

As a result, I am able to use gpg2 with Gnus under windows.

However, I am not sure that I can use gpg4win with Mew.

Even if I could use gpg4win with Mew, I don't see any way to invoke mew-pinentry under Windows/Cygwin.

Is there a workaround so that I can use master password with Mew under Windows?

After that, maybe we can see about s/mime.

Thanks,
