Spirit The War To End All Wars by Rex Nelson
- At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of
1918, across the Western Front in Europe, the bugle
blew “Cease Fire!” Program Too much, too fast. by Rex Nelson
- This month's edition of Lighthouse is late. My deadline is the
15th
of each month. Lately, though, I have been delaying publication to
include
important news that would be stale in the next edition. For this reason,
I
will be publishing occasional Sparks from the Lantern, articles or
information that can't wait, but can't be waited for. Servant

- Having just recently graduated from United States
Marine Corps boot camp, on October 9th, I have not
done much work as a United States Marine yet. The most important
responsibility I had was to hold the recruits from my platoon in prayer
during successful times and challenging times throughout recruit
training. Ministry Vet’s Nite Out by Roger E. Gering, MSG USAF
(Ret.)
- “Vet’s Nite Out” is the name of a new community service program
to
serve Veterans in nursing homes. “A Friday fish fry, a cold soda, and
home
cooked desserts; it doesn’t get any better than this!” Calendar
