EAD group meeting on Wednesday 8/5

Bi-weekly coffee shop discussion this Wednesday

Two weeks ago we had 5 people show up, we were able to get into
Caribou's conference room, it had a great big table and a white board
(which we haven't put to use yet).

We had a wonderful discussion about so many different programming and
architectural topics, that I can't even begin to recall all, but some
topics were: web frameworks, scalability and performance, TDD, etc...

We plan on meeting again this Wednesday August 5th at 6:30 PM , again
at Caribou on Woodward in Royal Oak.

So far we have two topics we're going to discuss. We'll discuss the
state of web frameworks, I'll again share my gripes with Spring MVC,
Grails, and even my 30 minute experiences with Rails, Turbogears,
Pylons, and some others I've been looking at for a project I'm working
on.

Srini want's to discuss DDD (Domain Driven Design), which will be an
awesome conversation and will probably go hand in hand with the web
framework discussion, since support for loose coupling and DDD is one
of my prerequisites for finding the ideal web framework.

Again, this is very very informal, bring your topic of choice and
we'll cover it or just join our heated discussions.
