hi,

my name is Pavlo. Me and a couple of colleagues of mine are working on a system that could eventually benefit and even contribute to this standard. The fit on the conceptual level is actually impressive, but so far we went with our own format. I hope you don't mind us make extension/modification proposals as we go trying to adapt metrics 2.0. It also would be interesting to get the idea how it's planned to move forward towards a standard, is there any sort of voting and other typical things that would characterise a community process.

the idea is that people can vote on PR's filed on github and on proposals on the mailing list.
still informal for now though.

i also reserve the right to make a decision if i think that's needed to move the project forward
