jmx server connection timeout thread

Hi all,

I try to use metrics in my project and get problem when metrics + graphite enabled. 

VisualVM show hundreds threads  "jmx server connection timeout thread" , after ~30 min of running, metrics stop reports and jvm go to out of memory with 'unable to create new thread'

Any idea?

Enviroment:

Glassfish 2.1

JVM 1.6
