Metrics-scala 4.1.5 released

Metrics-scala 4.1.5 was just released.

This release contains a new type of metric: the push metric.
The dropwizard metrics dependency was raised to 4.1.5.

There is a new manual page for metrics-scala in a Zio environment.
Also, to clean up the manual, all 3.x texts have been removed. (The 3.x docs are still available in the 3.x branch.)

As always, this version is binary compatible with metrics-scala 4.0.1 and later.

Please update your build files with one of these:
