[ANN] Metrics 4.2.0-beta.1 has been released

Hi everyone,

Metrics 4.2.0-beta.1 has been released!

The highlights of this beta release are:

- Add support for jakarta.servlet
- Add support for Eclipse Jersey 3.x
- Add support for Jetty 10.0.0 and 11.0.0
- Add SettableGauge interface

Just wanted to say thanks for giving us v4.2.0-beta.2 that already contains Jetty 11 support. 👌
