Metrics-scala 4.0.7 released for Scala 2.13

Metrics-scala 4.0.7 was just released and is available on maven central.

No code changes in this release, just a release for Scala 2.13.

Please update your build files with one of these:

"nl.grons" %% "metrics4-scala" % "4.0.7"
"nl.grons" %% "metrics4-akka_25" % "4.0.7"    // Akka support (2.5)
"nl.grons" %% "metrics4-akka_24" % "4.0.7"    // Akka support (2.4 and 2.5)
"nl.grons" %% "metrics4-scala-hdr" % "4.0.7"  // HdrHistogram support

There will be no 2.13 build for metrics-scala 2.x or 3.x. For upgrade notes, or more information see: https://github.com/erikvanoosten/metrics-scala/
