Including SimpleCov's report

Metric_fu is much improved from a few years ago... thank you all.

Can anyone tell me please, what is the simplest way to include in metric_fu's report home page (displayed when invoked by "metric_fu --open") a link to the coverage/index.html that's generated by SimpleCov?  This contains extra information (the number of times each line was executed).

That's a good idea.  I'd be open to a PR.

The template file that generates the coverage report is at https://github.com/metricfu/metric_fu/blob/master/lib/metric_fu/metrics/rcov/report.html.erb

There's no easy way to do it right now (I don't think) without monkeypatching or forking
