I got problems with my printer mp287 code error P07...then, i run service tool v1074 (resetter) ,to solve my problems...but the software is not responding...i click the main button under the (clear ink counter) but it is not responding and hang..i already follow the step to reset my printer...unfortunately,...i stuck at service tool v1074 (not responding)...somebody..help me..plz....what i have to do..??
