Each build is available to test for up to 90 days, starting from the day the developer uploads their build. You can see how many days you have left for testing under the app name in TestFlight. TestFlight will notify you each time a new build is available and will include instructions on what you need to test. Alternatively, with TestFlight 3 or later, you can turn on automatic updates to have the latest beta builds install automatically.

When the testing period is over, you'll no longer be able to open the beta build. To install the App Store version of the app, download or purchase the app from the App Store. In-app purchases are free only during beta testing, and any in-app purchases made during testing will not carry over to App Store versions.

Note: To automatically download additional in-app content and assets in the background once a beta app is installed in iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or macOS 13, turn on Additional In-App Content in your App Store settings for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

You can send feedback through the TestFlight app or directly from the beta app or beta App Clip by taking a screenshot, and you can report a crash after it occurs. If you were invited to test an app with a public link, you can choose not to provide your email address or other personal information to the developer. Apple will also receive all feedback you submit and will be able to tie it to your Apple ID.

If your device is running iOS 12.4 or earlier, tap Send Beta Feedback to compose an email to the developer. The feedback email contains detailed information about the beta app and about your iOS device. You can also provide additional information, such as necessary screenshots and steps required to reproduce any issues. Your email address will be visible to the developer when you send email feedback through the TestFlight app even if you were invited through a public link.

When you take a screenshot while testing a beta app or beta App Clip, you can send the screenshot with feedback directly to the developer without leaving the app or App Clip Experience. Developers can opt out of receiving this type of feedback, so this option is only available if the developer has it enabled.

When you test beta apps or beta App Clips with TestFlight, Apple will collect and send crash logs, your personal information such as name and email address, usage information, and any feedback you submit to the developer. Information that is emailed to the developer directly is not shared with Apple. The developer is permitted to use this information only to improve their App and is not permitted to share it with a third party. Apple may use this information to improve the TestFlight app and detect and prevent fraud.

Apple retains TestFlight data for one year. To view and manage your data with Apple, including your data that is sent to Apple through TestFlight, visit Data and Privacy. For more information about how the developer handles your data, consult their privacy policy. To request access to or deletion of your TestFlight data, contact the developer directly.

Before Update 1.2.10 Minecraft Studios used the betas as preliminary builds of what was going to be included in the upcoming Update. In other words, anything added to a beta version were going to be added in the full release. This is also the normal way to use beta versions.

However, as of Update 1.2.10 and the betas related to Update 1.2.13, Minecraft Studios has opted for an alternate concept more resembling the snapshots of Minecraft (Java edition). This means that the betas of a given update are releases of the current main development branch, and it doesn't necessarily reflect what is actually going to be included in the full release.

When Minecraft Studio wants to publish the full release, they're going to evaluate which of the various fixes, features, changes and so on they want to implement in that full release. Everything not included, is likely to be re-introduced in a later beta release and eventually make it into another full release later on.

Related to the Update Aquatic[2], Mojang introduced the Experimental Gameplay. This is an option in-game which allows for the Player to play with experimental features included in the current update. To enable go to Game Settings, and turn on Use Experimental Gameplay (beware, you currently can't turn it off again).

Note that when playing with this option enabled you can still earn achievements, and Minecraft will create a copy of your world prefixed with EX. Also note that the features are still work-in-progress, so it might make your game more unstable.

Any beta version of any program is by nature unstable, and might bug out or crash at any time, so don't enter the beta programs without being prepared for the unstable nature of a beta. With that being said, the beta version calls out for you to report back to the developers if (or rather when) it crashes.

The full Beta programs are available for Xbox One, Windows 10 and Android, and not for iOS and the various other platforms of Minecraft (Bedrock). However, as of Update 1.2.13 Minecraft Studios has opted for introducing the Experimental Gameplay which is an in-game option allowing for all variants of Bedrock to test out various new features. In the following sections how to join are described.

Note that when joining, you need to wait for a beta update to be available, and when leaving you need to uninstall Minecraft before reinstalling the latest full release. Remember to back up your worlds before joining.

Beta 1.8 was the first part of the Adventure Update and was the final major beta version to be officially released prior to version 1.0.0. It was released on September 14, 2011 and will form the basis of the 2nd major update to Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.

Don't. Use. That. Username. ??

I don't see what's so shocking about it. I've seen usernames a lot worse then that. It's pretty tame compared to the kind of usernames you can find anywhere on the internet.

Kill me

This soundtrack is amazing. It reminds me of peacefully farming in the game and just chilling. It was awesome. Listening to this music just brings me straight back to when i didn't really know anything about the game and things were new. It was fun learning new things about it and finding all the cool new things that were added. Getting hype for the new updates was great! It's been fun so far, can't wait to see the exciting future for this awesome game.

I've played the 360 version a lot back in the day until I got my first Xbox One S (rip my friend), but anyway, it was a fun time. I eventually grew out of minecraft because I found better things to play, but I'll never forget the fun I had with it. I thought minecraft was a fun game until they ruined it with all these damn updates. Granted, the game was well on it's way to being ruined due to crappy annoying YouTubers milking the hell out of it. Hell, by the end of all these updates, it doesn't even feel like the same game anymore.

Understandable, i feel like minecraft is a different game with all of the updates. sometimes i wish my 360 didn't get the red ring of death so i can have 360 minecraft and og castle crashers, there were a lot of games i liked on the 360

Man i miss this classic phase of minecraft. i still remember having all of my cousins coming over and fighting over who would be first person. i also noticed that everyone is talking about how much they hate this generation but it has introduced one of my favorite games ever, super Mario bros wonder. i always liked those weird adventures mario had, infact the first game i ever played and beat was super Mario world also one of my favorite games, good ost's too. i also liked toby fox's work, the best ost i have heard, but the binding of Issac antibirth is a close second. i have been also wanting to get the full game. i have never played it before but i have been saving up money to get it on my switch (i know antibirth is a mod). i remember playing 360 edition of minecraft for the first time and was so mind blown (i was 6 now 13) but for some reason i remember the versions downgrading, i wanted to find a enchanting table and it was just gone. same with the castle tutorial world, it got replaced with a village and i knew every secret spot in the castle, now i have to refind everything again. i never found anything else. i also remember being so confused as to how i got a new creeper hat for my 360 avatar, i still don't know how i got it to this day. also me and my cousins made a superflat and we tried to cover every single block in cake btu it got removed too. i recently moved to oregon and i have no in-person friends now but i have just been trying to find anyone to hangout with at school. i lost my 7 year old friend because of the move. we do still kinda talk but not as much, call it coping i guess. but i have been listening to more music aka video game music. i don't really listen to "real music" anymore because nothing has really interested me. but now i just have been listening to music and slogging through the 8th grade getting closer to be a adult which im kind of scared about but its coming eventually, nothing i can do. but i wish you all a good day =)
