Setting min.per.group differently for control and treatments

Hello,

I am working on RRBS samples with 3 controls and 5 treatments, is there a way in methylkit to unite the minimum number of samples needed to cover a base differently for control and treatment, what i wanted to do is to set 3 for control and 4 for the treatment.
