meth.difference in results

Hi All, 

Just wanted to make sure that the results column from myDiff function generates a column which says meth. difference. I wanted to confirm whether this meth.difference is log2 fold change or is it just the methylation difference. 

Answers to this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Puja,

The meth.diff value is calculated as the difference of the mean methylation values per group.
