Hope you are doing well.

 

I am using your powerful methpipe software and have a stupid question about the methdiff result. The 5^th column gives the probability that the methylation level at each given site. Does that mean if the value <= 0.05, that site will be seen as a differential methylated site? For example, in the 4^th row below, the value of 5^th column is 0.010825, we will see it as a differential methylated site? Thanks for your time and looking forward to your reply.
