Radmeth regression computation time

Hi,
I am running radmeth regression for the first time on a dataset including 24 samples and about 30M CpG sites.
The analysis has been running since 48h on a cluster where I requested allocation of multiple CPUs.
Could you please clarify quich resources (nodes, CPUs, tasks, memory) I should ask to speed up the computation time?
Our clusters uses LSF or SLURM as scheduling systems.
