Hey Meredith,

My write up is attached. So all thats missing is the Alternatives Analysis from Ruth Ann

Also I waned to note that in the problem tree the word "coastal" is spelt incorrectly. Also in the objectives tree I think we should change the center card to "Reducing Environmental Degradation"
