Using Meteor Server on Windows Server 2008 running IIS

Hello,
I have looked through the documentation and this discussion board and
only found one brief post from a user wishing to install Meteor Server
on Windows XP - with an affirmative though very tentative answer - so
my question is can I use Meteor Server with Windows Server 2008
running on IIS?
