The Windows version of meteor doesn't support bundling of meteor apps yet. So the following doesn't work in Windows:

meteor bundle myapp.tgz

My question is simple -- if I cannot prepare a bundle of my app, how can I deploy it on a Windows Server architecture (given node.js and mongodb are installed there)?

You could try creating a vagrant vm that does the job for you...we are using vagrant with success for windows users.

@Taylor: Could you tell me the port forwarding settings of your Vagrant VM? In my case, I'm trying to use the following but it isn't working (I'm not able to access the running meteor app in host OS via http://localhost:4567/).

config.vm.forward_port 80, 4567

In the VM, I confirmed that my meteor application is running through "curl http://localhost". FYI, I've setup my app to use port 80 in node.js.

I was finally able to host my meteor app in IIS using iisnode. I wrote a small tutorial in case someone else also needs to do the same.
