I have updated the cloud demo to MXP 0.5 and made some improvements.

The demo consist of Cloud Deck viewer based on Horde3D and Cloud
Daemon which is a configurable server program built on top of the
CloudService class. Cloud Daemon can run multiple host processes
containing multiple bubbles. Bubbles running in different deployments
of Cloud Daemon can be linked and users can roam between them.
Authentication is fully OpenID based on both Cloud Deck and web
interface. All object models are loaded over HTTP in Collada format.
Model textures are loaded with HTTP in their native format.
Demo requires user to have a **claimed OpenID**. Google OpenID will
not work with roaming as google provided OpenID URLs change for each
server domain name.
