Error in MetaTrans Configuration.

I am trying to install MetaTrans but not able to configure it properly.

Eroor:

#Configuring MetaTrans#

#Translating shell paths ...

#Error# The source shell file "./0-Software/pipelinescripts/pipeline.source" did not have "<INSTALLSHELLPATH>" tag.

What I have understood with the statement given below that it has some clue to configure the pipeline but I am not getting it please help.

## DESCRIPTION

#Method described by POSIX to set shebang in the best portable way,

#instead of "/usr/bin/env sh". Modifies headers from files with extension

#.source by replacing the tag "<INSTALLSHELLPATH>" with the full path to "sh".

Hi Jaidev,

Your error seems to be the same as the one described by "Dr. chandni sidhu" in the previous post.

Could you please revise that answer? that should help you with your issue.
