MetaTrans installation on a cluster

Hi,

I am trying to setup MetaTrans to be used on the cluster for our users. However, I don't see a flag or a way to specify a custom metadata.txt or settings.txt from a user directory. Is there a way to do this? We can't allow users to modify these files in the installation directory because of the group permissions.
