pipeline can't start with sample data

hi, I'm trying to test the install of the pipeline, and I can't seem to even get the sample data to run,
I'm using anaconda2, which should include R, numpy, and everything that the tool needs.

However, I'm getting the error that the code can't even seem to locate the data inside 0-Sequences.
Any help?

reproduction steps:
-> using linux.
1) download and decompress all packages.

2) > ./config

3) install all pre-reqs using conda

4) > ./metatrans

We haven't had the opportunity to test the tool in  your environment. Please make sure all requirements are satisfied and accessible through the

command line. As a last resource, to make sure the tool works properly you can use a virtual environment like Virtualbox with Ubuntu 14.04.

It should work without worries in Ubuntu 14.04. Unfortunately we are not providing further support for new environments right now.
