Unable to convert few Metastock files into ASCII

Dear Mr. Mansoor,
I've been using ms2asc.exe application as a
part of my ".Net" application which needs financial data in text
format. Lately, I encountered a problem. From the specified folder,
the ms2asc.exe is not converting few files into ASCII format.
Can you tell what the probable reason could be?Why only certain files
are being ignored by the exe? Is there anythig to do with the
temporary files?
The working of this exe is very crucial for me. I would be indebted to
you if you can help me with this.
