He's saying, among many other things, that physicalism is common sense. I don't grant "common sense" any special access to reality, so he lost me right there. Occam's Razor, which is about simplicity, yes; common sense, no.

Basically he is saying that experience is an emergent property of biological entities, overlooking that a biological entity is an experience. Far more interesting than the video itself, is the exchange of comments that follows between the narrator and some proponents of idealism, wherein the flaws in his reasoning are seriously challenged..
