Dear developers of Metaphlan2

I am currently study microbiome in Hong Kong, and I found that the tools you developed Metaphlan2 is very useful, however, I want to further the marker gene database for the taxonomic profiling. Hence, I am wondering if you could provide the marker gene generating source code?
