no read_faxtx.py found

I install the metaphlan3 using conda

but when I run it, always get the error as:

fatal error running '/local/devel/ysong/env/biobakery3/lib/python3.8/site-packages/metaphlan/utils/read_fastx.py'. Is it in the system path?

I export the path, but still get the same error
