Link to id1 on the metamath website

The Law of identity link in https://us.metamath.org/mpeuni/mmset.html#theorems links to id1, which says

Here's a fix: https://github.com/metamath/set.mm/pull/2696 - assuming this is approved and merged it should be on the website a day or two after it is merged.
