Exposing Pod public dedicated IP

Hello friends, I'm trying to expose a pod from my kubernets to the internet giving it a public ip, I configured metallb everything according to the documentation, in kubectl get svc I saw that the IP was assigned to the pod, but I have no communication on this IP.

Inside the pod it responds to the IP and port, but outside the pod already in the cluster itself I can't communicate using this IP.

In the image of the infra I used the final IP 22, to simulate the infra.
